I recently had the opportunity to host the AgriNovus Indiana Podcast with guest Michel Payn. I’ve known Michele for decades and admire her skills as a professional speaker, consultant and author.

Growing up on a dairy farm has framed her approach to straightforward conversations - not data dumps - about agricultural practices and technology. I totally agree those of us in agriculture need to be less defensive about the “how” of agriculture and dive deeper into the personal “why” to which consumers can relate.
